When you place your order you will get a confirmation email that you can use to confirm delivery. If we do not have an item in stock we will email you and ask your preference of canceling the order, substituting, or putting on back order.

ORDERS ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED THE SAME DAY OR THE NEXT DAY AFTER ORDERING.

EMAILS YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US

1. A confirmation that your order was placed.

2. A confirmation that your order was sent with tracking number.

3. We send via UPS, the tracking number either confirms delivery or not and is not good for tracking package during the transit. There will be no delivery confirmation for orders out of the U.S.

4. If we sent part of the order and the rest is on backorder you will receive an automated email saying your order was sent. If in fact we did not send all of it you will receive a manual email from us explaining this.

5. If your payment comes to us as pending or denied we move it to canceled and you receive an email saying it was canceled. We also send another email saying payment was declined. You will need to place your order again.

6. Corsets 169, 709, 799, and garters CS1476, CS520 : You will not be sent a tracking number for these styles.They are shipped from a different warehouse where we are currently not able to intergrate our shipping software.

SHIPPING CHARGES

U.S. under 13 ounces - A flat rate of $10.00 (3-7 days)

Canada - Under 13 ounces - A flat rate of $15.00 (5-10 days) Canadian Postal Service.

U.K. - Under 13 Ounces - A flat rate of $30.00 (5-10 days) Global Express Mail.

All other International - Under 13 Ounces - A flat rate of $30.00 (5-10 days) Global Express Mail.

(13 ounces is aprox equivalent to 2 bra and panty sets, or 1 corset)

Note: Most customer orders fit under a flat rate. Occasionally an order may not be able to fit under the flat rate parameters, in that case we will notify you.

Countries that do not have a shipping cost added during checkout, customer will be notified of the shipping cost via email.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. We will need to send you proper
instructions on how and where to return the item(s).

We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged
during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered,
unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories.

For hygiene and health purposes, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges on pantie lingerie items. Please make sure that you have picked the
correct size of the item before placing your order.

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned for size exchange once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before a credit is issued.

Damage, DOA and missing parts: If a product arrives damaged or DOA, you must contact us immediately. We will determine if the product needs
to be replaced or if a replacement part needs to be sent out. If the product needs to be replaced, you will need ship the product back to us
and we will send you a replacement item via UPS Ground service.
